Cured and smoked mackerel really is one of our faves

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day, maybe it was apt that it passed us by because we were deep in tickets working off two nights of little sleep.

To say you cleared us out this weekend was an understatement…it was so lovely to see the street and inside buzzing with people catching some late Autumn sunshine!

Parkrun hour….that hour from 9:30-10:30am where runners unite, eat french toast and make us run our little socks off!

Our Egg Boxes (ok they are now in bowls) are THE thing at the moment! They always were too nice to be kept served with a lid on.
